Least Cost Routing enables the customer to route their calls through an alternative Telecoms supplier of their choice, enabling them to reduce their telephone call charges.

Do I have to change my telephone line? |
| |
No! As long as you are a customer of British Telecom we can route your calls via our telecommunications service. |

It is now possible to route your call's from other telecoms suppliers other than BT. Use the contacts form or call us to see if you are able to change. We can offer you a number of possible solutions to reduce you call costs. |

How do I route my calls to another Telecoms supplier? |
| |
We prefer to use Carrier Pre Select (CPS), or some telephone systems can be programmed to insert a prefix number before the dialled telephone number which will instruct the public telephone network which telephone company to use for the call. |

What is CPS? |
| |
CPS (Carrier Pre-Selection) is a method of rerouting your call at the telephone exchange. British Telecom will direct your calls to your new Telecoms Supplier. |

How do I change over to C3 for my call charges? |
| |
Fill in the reply form on this web site and we will get in contact with you, or alternatively call us free on 0800-1070851. When you register with us, we will arrange for your calls to be routed through our Telecom Service. Your existing Telecoms supplier will notify you of the date the change will take place.

Are there any connection charges or registration fees? |
| |
There are no connection charges or registration fees. With C3 there are no hidden charges. |

What will I be charged for? |
| |
You will only be charged for outgoing calls made from the telephone number or numbers that you have registered with C3. |

Who do I pay for my line rental? |
| |
You could still pay British Telecom for your line rental, as they still own the telephone line. Alternatively, we could migrate you existing line rental as well, and include this in your account with us. |

Can I move my line rental to C3? |
| |
Yes, you are now able to move your line rental to C3 so you only get one bill, we can offer line rental at a competitive rate. |

Is there a minimum call charge attached to my calls? |
| |
Yes, on some calls you will be charged a minimum call charge. This will be on calls to Mobile phones and on International calls where there is a 3.1p. minimum call charge. |

How will I be charged for my calls? |
| |
With the exception of Mobile and International calls, you will be charged per second for the duration of your call. When you call a Mobile or International number, you will be charged the minimum rate for that call. Where the duration of the call exceeds the time allowed in the minimum charge, you will be charged per second for the remainder of the call. |

What happens if my telephone line develops a fault? |
| |
If you still have a dial tone on the line, and are able to make a call, contact us FREE at C3 on:- 0800-1070851 or from a mobile telephone call 800-1070851 Please note you may be charged if you use your mobile.
If you are still renting your exchange lines from British Telecom and do not have a dial tone on the line, You should report the fault to British Telecom or your telecoms supplier as normal on: - British Telecom Fault Numbers Residential 0800800151 or from mobile call 800800151. Business 0800800154 or from mobile call 800800154. Please note you may be charged if you use your mobile.

What if I want to change back to my original supplier? |
| |
All you have to do is send us a letter requesting a return to your original or another supplier. We will have the re-routing (CPS) removed. We will still invoice you for anycalls which are made until the system has been updated. |
